Post Study Phase

During the 1-2 week post-study period, you will complete the following:

  1. One physical exam
  2. One interview with the nutritionist and clinical psychologist
  3. One 3 day food log
  4. One 7 day period of monitoring physical activity
  5. One resting metabolism test
  6. One set of 7 questionnaires
  7. One body weight measurement
  8. One bone density test
  9. One body fat test
  10. Daily urine collections until very last termination visit
  11. One metabolic blood sample (4 tablespoons, 80ml)
  12. One bone marker blood sample (2 tablespoons, 40 mls)
  13. One 3 day in a row 2nd morning urine samples
  14. Completion of daily logs to monitor exercise training and the menstrual cycle
