Baseline Phase
During the 4 week baseline period you will complete the following:
- One 3 day food log
- One 7 day period of monitoring physical activity and one exercise
test to measure your fitness level
- One resting metabolism test
- Completion of daily logs to monitor exercise training and the menstrual cycle
- Once a week body weight measurement
- Daily urine collections
- One metabolic blood sample (4 tablespoons, 80mls)
- One bone marker blood sample (2 tablespoons, 40 mls)
- One 3 day in a row 2nd morning urine samples
